We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy transportation from the airport via the E09 bus. We were also delighted to find a marina nearby, offering a variety of restaurants to choose from. The staff was incredibly helpful, always willing to assist us with any questions or issues we had, including local currency and public transport. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being close to the airport, the seafront, and local markets. The staff is helpful and can assist with issues like currency exchange or navigating public transportation. The rooms have comfortable beds and good showers with hot water. the breakfast provided is wonderful.
Communication with the staff can be challenging, as they have limited English proficiency.

Convenient location near SAW airport with helpful staff. Close to good food options and walking distance to the seaside promenade. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Good transportation options for exploring Istanbul.

We loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, as it was not far from Pendik Marmarail station and the airport. The hotel was situated in a nice area, close to shops and the coast. Plus, the Sultanahmet area was easily accessible by Marmaray metro. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping service available. The room itself was fantastic, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
Although the staff was extremely nice and helpful, they did not speak English very well. This made communication a bit difficult, especially when it came to specific requests.
